Our apartment is unique—an unknown enigma, with a range of different prices and apartments in this complex. Hard to nail the correct price to sell. We arrived at what the apartment owed us and went from there. To my disbelief, two offers came in a short time. We procrastinated for around a month. Jay was patient, reminding us most days to sign our counter offer. That being done, it was all signed and sealed overnight. He has a well-chosen backup team working with him—staff on the ball, to answer every question we asked. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We were well taken care of from the minute Jay walked through our door for his interview to be our agent to sell our beautiful apartment. Excellent job. Thank you Jay and team.
